CHAIN GUARD INSTALLATION

1. Insert
/
" x 3" bolts and flat washers (items 3 & 4) through hole from inside out of rotary mower.

2. Place front chain guard (item 1) against tube frame of rotary mower and install flat washers, lock
washers, and nuts until all are installed.
3. Rotate retaining bar (item 2) into a large slot in chain guard frame and install
slot (item 5). Tighten
4. Repeat process for rear chain guard.

OTARY MOWER MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH FRONT AND REAR GUARDS WHEN OPERATING IN THE
VICINITY OF HIGHWAYS OR IN ANY AREA WHERE PEOPLE MAY BE PRESENT
