Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is
fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are tight. Tighten again with the screwdriver provided if
necessary.
Estimated Assembly Time: It will take less than 40 minutes to assemble the grill.
Step 2
Align the holes in the bottom panel (2) with the holes
in the right bottom frame (3) and in the left bottom
frame (5).
Screw a bolt (C) along with a lock washer (D) and a flat
washer (G) into each pre-drilled hole.
Align the holes in the front bottom panel (4) with the
holes in right bottom frame (3) and in the left bottom
frame (5). Screw a bolt (A) along with a lock washer (D)
and a flat washer (E) into each pre-drilled hole.
Align the hole in wheels (7) with the hole in right
bottom frame (3) and then insert the wheel axle (6)
into the hole and then seal with a wheel nut (H).
Install a wheel cap (8) on each wheel.

Step 1
Align the holes on the cylinder support (1) with
the holes on the bottom plate (2). Screw a bolt
(A) into each pre-drilled hole and then seal with a
flat washer (E), a lock washer (D) and a nut (F).
Tighten with the screwdriver provided.
