THE STOPWATCH HAND POSITION

1. P u l l o u t t h e c r o w n t o t h e s e c o n d c l i c k
w h e n t h e s m a l l s e c o n d h a n d i s a t t h e 1 2
o'clock position.
* If the stopwatch is measuring or stopped, it is
a u t o m a t i c a l l y r e s e t t o " 0 " .
2. Turn the crown to set the hour and minute
h a n d s .
* I t i s r e c o m m e n d e d t h a t t h e h a n d s b e s e t t o
t h e t i m e a f e w m i n u t e s a h e a d o f t h e c u r r e n t
time, taking into consideration the time required
to adjust the stopwatch hand position if necessary.
N o t e s :
1 . W h e n s e t t i n g t h e h o u r h a n d , b e s u r e t o
c h e c k t h a t A M / P M i s c o r r e c t l y s e t . T h e
watch is so designed that the date changes
o n c e i n 2 4 h o u r s .
2 . When setting the minute hand, first advance
i t 4 t o 5 m i n u t e s a h e a d o f t h e d e s i r e d
t i m e a n d t h e n t u r n i t b a c k t o t h e e x a c t
m i n u t e .

position, follow the procedure below to set

the stopwatch hand(s) to be adjusted. The
s e l e c t i o n o f t h e h a n d ( s ) t o b e a j u s t e d i s
m a d e i n t h e f o l l o w i n g o r d e r b y p r e s s i n g
button "A" for 2 seconds.

3. A f t e r a l l t h e a d j u s t m e n t s a r e c o m p l e t e d ,
push the crown back in to the normal position
in accordance with a time signal, checking
t h a t t h e h o u r a n d m i n u t e h a n d s f o r t i m e
display indicate the current time.
S E T T I N G T H E D A T E
• B e f o r e s e t t i n g t h e d a t e , b e s u r e t o s e t t h e
t i m e .
• It is necessary to adjust the date at the end
o f F e b r u a r y a n d 3 0 - d a y m o n t h s .
1 . Pull out the crown to the first click.
2 . Turn the crown clockwise until the desired
date appears.
3 . Push the crown back in to the normal position.

• The measured time is indicated by the four
s t o p w a t c h h a n d s t h a t m o v e i n d e p e n d e n t l y
o f t h e h a n d s f o r t i m e d i s p l a y .
• W h e n t h e m e a s u r e m e n t r e a c h e s 1 2 h o u r s ,
the stopwatch automatically stops counting.
