1 . T i m e a n d c a l e n d a r :
•Hour, minutes, seconds, year, month, date
and day of the week.
• Fully automatic calendar: The calendar
a d j u s t s a u t o m a t i c a l l y f o r o d d a n d e v e n
months including February of leap years.
• T i m e i n d i c a t i o n : Changeover between
12- and 24-hour indications is possible.
2 . S t o p w a t c h : Measures up to 99 hours, 59
m i n u t e s a n d 5 9 s e c o n d s i n 1 1 0 0 s e c o n d
i n c r e m e n t s f o r t h e f i r s t h o u r a n d i n 1 -
second increments thereafter.
• S p l i t t i m e m e a s u r e m e n t
3 . C o u n t d o w n t i m e r : Up to 99 hours and
59 minutes can be set in minute increments.
• After the set time is up, the timer counts
up the time up to 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
• The set time can be used repeatedly unless
c an ce le d.
4 . D a i l y a l a r m : T h e a l a r m c a n b e s e t t o
ring on a 24-hour basis.
• H o u r l y t i m e s i g n a l : Can be set to ring
every hour on the hour with a single beep.
5 . D u a l t i m e : The time of a different time
zone can be displayed.
6 . I l lum i na tin g lig ht : The light illuminates
the display for easy viewing in the dark.

1. Press button "A" to show the TIME/CALENDAR
mod e.

s h o w t h e t i m e / c a l e n d a r s e t t i n g d i s p l a y .
The second digits start flashing.
3 . Selection of the digits to be adjusted (flashing)
is made in the following order by pressing
button "C".

4 . Press button "D" to set the flashing digits.
One digit is advanced with each press of
the button. Digits except seconds and 12-
/24-hour indication move quickly by keeping
button "D" pressed.

t i m e s i g n a l . T h e s e c o n d s a r e r e s e t t o
"00" and start immediately.
W h e n t h e s e c o n d s c o u n t a n y n u m b e r
from "30" to "59" and button "D" is pressed,
o n e m i n u t e i s a d d e d a n d t h e s e c o n d s
are reset to "00".
5 . A f t e r a l l t h e a d j u s t m e n t s a r e c o m p l e t e d ,
p r e s s b u t t o n " A " t o r e t u r n t o t h e T I M E /
CALENDAR mode.
N o t e s :
1. W h e n s e t t i n g t h e h o u r d i g i t s i n t h e 1 2 -
hour indication, check that AM/PM is set
properly.
Only "PM" mark is displayed.
For the AM setting, there is no indication.
In the 24-hour indication, "24" is displayed.
2. Once the year, month and date have been
set, the day of the week is set automatically.
3 . If the watch is left untouched in the time/
c a l e n d a r s e t t i n g d i s p l a y w i t h t h e d i g i t s
f l a s h i n g , i t w i l l a u t o m a t i c a l l y r e t u r n t o
the TIME/CALENDAR mode in 2 to 3 minutes.

• The stopwatch can measure up to 99 hours,
59 minutes and 59 seconds.
• It measures in 1 100 second increments for
the first hour and in 1-second increments
there after.
