Channel Scanning

How to use > Press
You will usually scan all your channels in when you do the initial Setup Wizard but from time
to time you may need to perform a channel scan if channels change frequency, new
channels become available or some channels where not found in the initial scan.
Once in the Antenna menu you will
have 2 options Location Scan &
Manual Scan
Location Scan allows you to select your
location, this drastically speeds up the
scanning process as it will only scan the
frequencies assigned to your area. Full
Scan should be used if your location is
not listed, you are unsure or a location
scan failed to find all the channels, it will
scan all the Digital TV frequencies used in
Australia, this takes allot longer. Just
select your location or Full Scan and
press 'OK' for the scan to start.
Manual Scan allows you to enter a
particular frequency and scan just one
channel at a time, in most cases all the
default settings in manual scan will stay
the same, you will just need to change the
Frequency. There are many online
resources that list the channel frequencies
in your area or you can check with your
local TV providers. Once you enter the
desired frequency press the Green button
to scan,
 'Setup'  'Antenna'
