Possible Cause
You have activated Call
Barring.
You have activated Fixed
Dialing Numbers.
You have entered an
incorrect PIN three
consecutive times.
The phone book's memory
is already full.
Possible Solution
Go to Settings > Call
> Call Barring, and
then select Cancel All
Barring.
Go to Settings >
Security > Fixed
Dialing Numbers and
select Status to turn this
feature off.
Contact the service
provider for a PUK code
to unlock the SIM card.
Delete unnecessary
data.
