Thank you and congratulations on your choice of the Roland V-Cymbal CY-15R/CY-14C/CY-12H.
Before using this unit, carefully read the sections entitled: "USING THE UNIT SAFELY" (p. 2) and
"IMPORTANT NOTES" (p. 3). These sections provide important information concerning the proper
operation of the unit. Additionally, in order to feel assured that you have gained a good grasp of every
feature provided by your new unit, Owner's manual should be read in its entirety. The manual should be
saved and kept on hand as a convenient reference.

Before You Begin

When using a TD-10:
1. Make sure you are using a TDW-1 version that includes "with V-Cymbal Control" (see p. 4).
2. Select TRIGGER BANK 2 in the TD-10 for use with the V-Cymbals (see p. 9).

If you are using another sound module, you have to set the trigger parameters. Refer to "Trigger Parameter Settings
for the Sound Module (p. 10)."
