Installing the battery pack
1.
Release the battery pack locks.
2.
Install the battery pack.
1 Precisely align the tabs of the battery
pack, and press the battery pack up
against the wall.
 Keep pushing the battery pack into
place firmly until it moves no further.
Align the tabs.
Push the bottom side of the battery
pack down into position.
3.
Engage the battery pack locks.
p Turn the battery pack locks until you
hear a clicking sound to lock the
battery pack in place.

Charging this computer
using the AC adaptor
Described below are the steps to take to
charge the battery pack in this computer.
1.
Connect one end of the AC cord to the
AC adaptor.
2.
Open this computer's interface cover.
Slide the lever with
the v mark in the
direction shown by the
arrow.
Pull the lever in the
direction shown by the
arrow, and open the
cover.
3.
Insert the AC adaptor's plug firmly into
the DC-IN jack.
