The helicopters (2) will not charge. I have put in BRAND new batteries and the green light never comes on. I have followed the instructions for charging. I have left them charged for 24 hours and no charge. The controller light blinks red.

If the EB Excalibur Sky Patroller helicopter will not charge despite using new batteries and following the instructions, possible reasons include:

1. Weak Battery Power – The helicopter battery may be too weak to hold a charge. Try recharging it again.
2. Non-Rechargeable Battery – The manual states that the pre-installed battery is non-replaceable. If it has reached the end of its lifespan, it may no longer charge.
3. Battery Type Issues – Ensure you are not mixing different types of batteries (alkaline, carbon-zinc, or nickel-cadmium) in the remote.
4. Exhausted Batteries – If the batteries in the remote are old, replace them with fresh ones.
5. Charging Process – Verify that the charging procedure is being followed correctly, as improper connections or methods could prevent charging.

If none of these solutions work, the battery or charging system may be faulty.
