Accessing dialling options
After entering a number, press the Options soft key. You can
access the following options:
• Call: makes a call.
• Send: allows you to send a text message or multimedia
message to the number.
• Save to Contacts: allows you to save the number in
Contacts. For details, see page 39.
Making a call using Contacts
1. Press
and select Contacts to open your contact list.
2. Select the name you want.
Note: You can enter the first few letters of the name in the
search field at the bottom of the screen. Matching
contacts are listed.
3. Scroll to the number you want, if necessary.
4. Press
or select Options → Call.
Speed dialling
Once you have stored a number in Contacts, you can assign
the most frequently-used numbers to the speed dialling keys
to
and then quickly and easily dial them with only one
keypress. See "Assigning speed dialling keys" on page 43.
