Back Panel Audio Connectors; Audio Jack Support - Intel D510MO Product Manual

The front/back panel audio connectors are configurable through the audio device
drivers. Table 3 lists the supported functions of the front panel and back panel jacks.

Figure 2 shows the default assignment of the back panel audio connectors.
NOTE
The back panel audio line out connector is designed to power headphones or amplified
speakers only. Poor audio quality occurs if passive (non-amplified) speakers are
connected to this output.
