This monitor meets VESA
standards. For the monitor's power saving feature to work, the video board or
computer must also meet VESA DPMS standards.

Note: The Q71 complies with European NUTEK Power Management Standards.
Note: The Off state means the monitor is in the lowest DPMS state with the
highest power savings.
The monitor goes into these power saving stages with the following video
synchronization signals:

The monitor automatically goes through the Power Management System steps
when it is idle.
To conserve energy, we recommend turning the monitor off at the power
switch when it will not be used for long periods of time.
