    Your phone is designed for simultaneous use of two SIM cards in the standby mode. However, the SIM cards can not be used simultaneously for calls or the Internet. If one SIM card is in a voice call, the other SIM card is not available. This situation is caused by the function of the phone and is independent of the network.

    Installing the SIM Cards The SIM cards cannot be installed or removed while the phone is turned on. Please power off your phone before installing or removing the SIM cards. 1. Remove the back cover. 2. Hold the SIM card with the cut corner oriented as shown and slip it into the card holder.

    Charging the Battery The battery is built in your phone and you cannot remove or change the battery. WARNING! Use only ZTE-approved chargers and cables. The use of unapproved accessories could damage your phone or cause the battery to explode.

    2. Connect the charger to a standard AC wall outlet. If the phone is on, you’ll see a charging icon, such as , appear on the status bar. 3. Disconnect the charger when the battery is fully charged. Extending the Battery Life Active applications, screen brightness levels, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi usage and GPS functionality can drain your battery.
