REPLACEMENT PARTS ORDERING
To speed delivery and avoid errors, have the following information ready when ordering replacement parts:
1. Identification of the part. The best identification is the Midland Part Number. Otherwise you will
need to know the Model and Serial numbers of the equipment in which the part is used, a part
description and the schematic reference designator. You may also need to return the old part as a
sample.
2. Quantity desired.
3. Ship-to-address and billing address (if different).
