Possible Cause
A fault has occured.
DishDrawer® is in pause
mode.
Power supply is not
connected.
The drawer is not properly
closed.
Lock feature is on.

Drain hose(s) bent or
kinked.
Blocked filters and/or drain
hose(s).
Insufficient rinse agent.
Rinse agent setting too
low.
DishDrawer® overloaded/
incorrectly loaded.
Insufficient or no salt in the
water softener.
Incorrect loading.
Rinse agent depleted.
Rinse agent setting too
low.
Eco wash program used.
What to do
Refer to the Fault codes section.
Close the DishDrawer® and press the
button.
Connect the power supply.
Ensure the drawer is firmly closed.
Turn the Lock off. Hold down the
/
button until the
disappears from the LCD or the light

button disappears.
Press the
button.
Straighten the drain hose(s).
Clean the filter plate/drain filter. Unblock
the drain hose(s). Refer to the user
maintenance section.
Ensure there is enough rinse agent in
the dispenser.
Increase the rinse agent setting.
Refer to the section on loading.
Ensure there is enough salt in the water
softener and/or increase the water
softener setting.
Ensure the dishes are not nesting
together.
Refill the rinse agent dispenser.
Increase the rinse agent setting.
Choose a standard wash program.
