Inserting the micro SIM card and media card
Insert the micro SIM card
CAUTION: Your BlackBerry device is designed for use with a micro SIM card. To avoid possible damage to your device, do
not insert a SIM card adapter into your device.
1.
From the bottom of your BlackBerry device, pull up the back cover.

With the metal contacts pointing away from you, insert the micro SIM card into the slot on the left side of your
device.
Insert a media card
Tip: You can insert or remove a media card while your BlackBerry device is turned on. You don't need to turn off or restart
your device.
A media card is optional. If a media card is included, it might already be inserted.
