Press [ EDI T] s of tk ey during pl ayback to re-record the
m essage ( see l as t s ection f or detail s ) , or press [ DELETE]
s of tk ey during pl ayback to remove the recorded nam e.
The dis pl ay s hows " VOI CE DELETED ! " to conf irm the
del etion.

W hen you s ee the record you want to edit dis pl ayed,
press [ EDI T] s of tk ey and then edit the num ber. Press
[ DELETE] s of tk ey to rem ove any error and enter the
correction as needed. Press [ O. K. ] s of tk ey to conf irm
the edited num ber.
DEL ETE
Repeat the process f or [ NAME] . Press [ SAVE] and
" SAVE TO DI R! " appears on the dis pl ay. Press [ O. K. ] if
you want to re-record the V oice Announce Nam e as wel l ,
or press [ EXI T] to f inis h.
DEL ETE
W hen f inis hed, the s creen wil l dis pl ay the edited entry.
DELETE
Scrol l to the record to be del eted.
I f a V oice Announce Nam e was recorded, wait until the
pl ayback is f inis hed and the record you want to del ete is
dis pl ayed.
DELETE
Press [ DELETE] and you wil l see " DELETED! " on the
dis pl ay to conf irm the del etion of the current record.
The phone wil l then m ove to the nex t a vail abl e record in
the directory. Press [ EXI T] to return to s tandby m ode.
