    ENGLISH Basic Settings Before using your cycling computer for the first time, customize the basic settings. Enter as accurate data as possible to ensure correct performance feedback based on your personal metrics. To adjust the data, use UP, DOWN and accept with OK.

    ENGLISH 4. TRAINING Wear the Heart Rate Sensor Wear the heart rate sensor to measure heart rate. Moisten the electrode area of the strap. Attach the connector to the strap. Tie the strap around your chest, just below the chest muscles, and attach the hook to the other end of the strap.

  • Page 20 ENGLISH To change the cycling computer battery, you need a coin and a battery(CR 2354). Using a coin that sits tight into the back cover groove, open the battery cover by pressing slightly and turning OPEN counter clockwise to position. Remove the battery cover.
