an emergency call cannot be placed due to network,

Dialing International Numbers

To dial the local international access code:
Press
for 2 seconds to insert the international access code (+)
for the country from which you are dialing.

Viewing the Received Calls or Dialed Calls List

Your phone keeps lists of the calls you recently received and
dialed, even if the calls did not connect. The lists are sorted from
newest to oldest, and contain up to 10 entries. The oldest entries
are deleted as new ones are added.
Shortcut: From the idle display, press
calls list.
Find the Feature

up or down to scroll to
