1. Connect the receiver to the mains. 2. Turn you television on. 3. The installations guide will now be shown on the screen. Choice of language: Choose the language you wish to use for the menus, with PR- PR-and PR+. When you have chosen the language you wish to use, press OK. TV Format These options allow you to choose, which type of equipment is connected to the receiver. 1. TV Format. This option allows you to choose, which type of TV you have. 2. TV Scart This option will define which type of Picture information you wish to use. CVBS or RGB. CVBS has limited picture information and works on all types of television. Where as RGB has more picture information. We recommend the use of RGB if possible, some types of TV cannot work with RGB, so make sure you choose the correct setting. When you have made the appropriate adjustments to the settings, press GREEN to search for channels. Search: The receiver will now start to search for channels. PR-and PR+ and confirm the choice by pressing OK. Press FAV until you have the list with every channel in it. By using the number buttons 1 – 4 you can add a channel to one of the four favourite lists. First highlight a channel you would like in the list with PR- PR-and PR+. After this, press 1 if you want the channel in the first favourite list, 2 if it should be in the second favourite list, and the same with 3 and 4. The same channel can appear in every list if necessary. The order you choose them will also be the order they are displayed when you are finished. So if you choose Channel 1 to be in the list first, channel three, then channel two, the list will be in the order Channel 1- Channel 3- Channel 2. If you want to delete a channel from a favourite list, you press one of the number buttons 1-4, depending on which list (1-4) you want to delete a channel from. Maximum C 901 CX...
The channel will now be placed where you highlighted. Edit channel name and channel data: To change a channel name and channel data, highlight the channel you wish to change, and press OK. Name = The channel name. NB! This name will come back if you search for new channels. Frequency = The frequency the channel sends on, this should not be changed. Adult lock = Cross this box if you would like the channel to be locked by a code. Service ID, VID/PCR/AUD = These are only used on special channels. This requires the user to type these in. Choose a different soundtrack: Some channels are transmitted with a number of different soundtracks. Press RED to change the soundtrack. Subtitles: A number of channels have different subtitles available. Press YELLOW and you will see a list of the subtitles available. If you do not want any subtitles, highlight No subtitles, there will be no more subtitles while you are on the same channel.
