Use the arrow keys to highlight the item and then use the <PgUp> or <PgDn> keys to select the value you want in each item. M S-7360 M ainboard Advanced BIOS Features Boot Sector Protection This function protects the BIOS from accidental corruption by unauthorized users or computer viruses. W hen enabled, the BIOS’ data cannot be changed when attempt- ing to update the BIOS with a Flash utility. To successfully update the BIOS, you’ll need to disable this Flash BIOS Protection function. - Page 43 BIOS Setup IOAPIC Function This field is used to enable or disable the APIC (Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller). Due to compliance with PC2001 design guide, the system is able to run in APIC mode. Enabling APIC mode will expand available IRQ resources for the system. MPS Table Version This field allows you to select which MPS (Multi-Processor Specification) version to be used for the operating system.
