- Page 2 CP2-Series Manual Thank you for purchasing the American Weigh CP2-Series digital scale. Please read all operating instructions carefully before use. This electronic scale is a precision instrument. With normal care and proper treatment, it will provide years of reliable service. Never load the scale with more than the maximum capacity.
- Page 3 **Make sure you use the correct calibration weight for your scale or the calibration will not be accurate** CP2-50: 50g calibration weight CP2-300: 300g calibration weight 1. Turn the scale OFF. 2. While holding the [ M ] key, tap the [ ] key to turn the scale on then release both keys.
- Page 4 4. The display will show “Zero” followed by the required calibration weight (see chart above). Place the required weight on the platform then press the ] key again. 5. The display will show “F” for finished. 6. Remove the weight and press [ ] to turn the scale off.
