ACCESSORY fOR CLEANING UPHOLSTERY AND fABRICS (13–14)
Use these accessories for cleaning furniture, sofas, rugs, clothing, and so on.
Attach this accessory to the flexible pipe (16) or to the taper nozzle (11) then
to the machine (3).
Place a cloth for fabrics (14) on the fabric accessory (13) when cleaning
delicate surfaces such as sofas, armchairs, rugs, curtains, freshening garments
and vertical steaming (Fig. 8).
High-temperature steam allows you to remove wrinkles and freshen up garments.
WINDOW-CLEANING ACCESSORY (15)
Use this accessory for cleaning windows, mirrors and stainless-steel surfaces.
You can attach the accessory for cleaning windows and mirrors (15) to the
fabric accessory. To attach it, insert the lugs on the window-cleaning accessory
into the hooks in the fabric-cleaning accessory and press downwards until the
central lug locks into place and you hear a click. (Fig. 11).
Attach this accessory to the flexible pipe (16) or directly to the machine (3).
fILLING THE RESERVOIR DURING USE
If you are using the steam cleaner/fabric steamer and it ceases to produce
steam, it means that the tank is empty.
To fill the tank again, proceed as follows:
· Unplug the appliance.
· IMPORTANT NOTICE: Never refill the water tank with the appliance plugged
into the wall outlet.
· Open the lid of the "Comfort Safety" system (5).
· Check that the "Comfort Safety" system full indicator is not red (6). If the
"Comfort Safety" system indicator is red, hold down the steam button (2)
until no more steam comes out.
· Pour in one measure of the supplied beaker (17).
· Close the lid of the "Comfort Safety" system (5).
· Plug in the steam cleaner/fabric steamer and wait for the pilot light to go
off, telling you that the appliance is ready for use.
