connected.
Camera lens is dirty.
Camera out of
adjustment.
Camera not mounted
correctly.

Probable Solutions
1. Check power at outlet.
2. Check that all cables are
securely connected.
Clean Camera lens.
Loosen Adjustment Screw,
tilt Camera as needed, then
tighten Adjustment Screw.
Loosen Adjustment Wheel,
rotate Camera as needed, then
tighten Adjustment Wheel.
