You may find it convenient to stop the mincer after each sausage length,

If your mincer becomes blocked
If your mincer becomes blocked, this can often be cleared by using the
reverse function as follows:
Set the ON/0/R Switch

Pulse the mincer in reverse by briefly pressing the ON/0/R Switch

"R" for a few seconds. This will turn the Feed Screw
the blockage.
If this does not clear the blockage, follow the instructions for "How to
disassemble", followed by the instructions for "Cleaning".
