  • Page 29 It is possible to access and change any of the feature set- tings using the Valet/Program switch. However, this process can be greatly simplified by using the Bitwriter®. Any of the settings can be changed and then assigned to one of up to four transmitters, a feature called Owner Recognition.

If a differ- ent crank time is desired, select feature 2.5 and (while pressing the Valet/Program switch) advance to the next time by pressing the channel 2 button. The unit will flash the LED to indicate which time is selected. Once the 4.0 second setting is reached the next press of channel 2 will reset the system to the shortest setting.
