Removing the Battery and Memory Card
Close the slide cover to turn off the camera (011) and make sure that the power-on lamp
and the monitor have turned off before opening the battery-chamber/memory card slot cover.
• Note that the battery and the memory card may become hot during use; observe due
caution when removing the battery.
Removing the Battery
• To eject the battery, open the battery-chamber/memory card
slot cover and slide the orange battery latch in the direction
indicated by the arrow (CD). The battery can then be removed
by hand (@). Do not attempt to remove the battery at an
angle.
Removing the Memory Card
Press the card in (CD) to partially eject the card. The card can then
be removed by hand (@). Do not attempt to remove the card at
an angle.
