Lawncare professionals demand mowers that are productive, durable,
and trouble free. When the FasTrak™ was introduced in 2001, it was the
first homeowner mower built to commercial standards of performance
and durability. Now, for 2007, the new FasTrak 48/54 has raised the bar
for high-end residential zero-turning-radius mowers. Not only are the
new mowing decks larger with improved trim capacity, the FasTrak now
includes even more commercial components, including the hydrostatic
transmissions. The Hydro-Gear ZT2800 transmissions feature the same
steel-cut rotating group as standard pump-and-motor combinations.
Commercial-duty engines are used to power the FasTrak, too. Kawasaki,
Honda, and Kohler powerplants in a range from 18 to 21 horsepower cut
through grass with no complaints. Now, you can have a zero-turn mower
that rivals a commercial unit – at a price comparable to that of a lawn

With the Hustler FasTrak, mowing is no longer a chore. It makes mowing
a pleasant escape from your otherwise hectic schedule. The FasTrak is so
nimble and can trim so close, that you'll save your forearms the torture
of extended weed eating, also. The 48" or 54" side-discharge/mulching
decks produce a noticeably-better finished appearance to your yard. You'll
be the envy of the neighborhood. At least, until your neighbor runs out
and buys a Hustler.
Your grease gun will get lonely, too. The Hustler FasTrak is the simplest-
to-maintain mower in its class. In fact, there are no service requirements
between oil changes. All engine service points are conveniently located
at the rear of the machine, because the engine has been turned sideways
for compactness, serviceability, and weight and balance characteristics.
The FasTrak is also extremely easy to operate. All controls are located
within easy reach. The deck lift is foot-operated and spring-assisted to
make changing cutting heights a no-strain process. The engine is in the
rear, keeping noise and heat away from the operator. The steering levers
are adjustable to nearly any size individual. Also, Hustler has patented its
automatic park brake system which is built-in to the steering levers.
Hustler stands behind the FasTrak with the best warranty in the industry.
A four-year, bumper-to-bumper parts and labor warranty covers the
whole machine (excluding separate engine warranties). There are
lifetime warranties on the tractor frame and the leading edge of the
mowing deck, also. The FasTrak is so durable, it even offers a one-year
commercial warranty!
