Signal Indicator

For best reception, your Magnetic Mount Antenna should have an
unobstructed view of the SIRIUS satellites . In large cities, terrestrial
transmitters (ground repeaters) help increase the signal coverage .
Sportster 5 can display the received strength of the satellite and terrestrial
signals being received .
To display the signal strength:
1 Press and hold menu until Menu Options is displayed .
2 Rotate the Control knob to scroll and highlight Settings and press
the Select button .
3 Rotate the Control knob to highlight Signal Indicator and press the
Select button .
4 Reposition the antenna if you are having trouble getting a signal .
Be sure your vehicle is outside with an unobstructed view of the
sky .
5 Press and hold menu to exit .
