Troubleshooting

Solution
Hook on, and then hook off or press
HANDFREE key
Power on and then off once
Check whether the antenna is conn-
ected correctly and whether the sys-
tem signal is too weak
Check whether the battery has elec-
tricity, or check whether the battery
is damaged, or power on the phone
again
Check whether the power source is
well connected, or check whether
the battery has electricity, and then
connect the power source or battery
reliably
The phone currently is not in the se-
rvice area qualified by the network
service provider via NMS. Please
contact the network service provider.
There may be problems with the ne-
twork, please make another attempt;
or you must have set an incorrect IP
number, local area number or NMC
number, etc., by yourself. Please co-
ntact the network service provider.
Check whether you have hooked off
(Note: Be sure to hook off before
sending the number when making a
call.)
