10.Click "Next" to finish.
11. Double-click the newly created connection in the dial-up network.
12.Enter the user name and password, and then click "Connect" for dial-up
access.
13.Open the web page in IE for network access with successful dial-up.
Note: Local service provider should provide the user name and password,
no calling permitted when surfing the Internet.
