7.3 How to use WINFAX

1. Connect phone to computer via serial port, and then test whether the
connection is correct. Send ATE1 and AT then press "enter" key on
hyper terminal, if it returns "OK", send "AT+IPR=19200". Make sure it
returns OK, otherwise WINFAX cannot communicate with the phone.
