When you use the Sleep Timer,
Daily Timer

not turn on the system until the Sleep Timer turns It
off.
* You cannot actwate
the Daily Timer and Timer-
recording
at the same time.
You can use the Sony KB-10 keyboard (not
supplied). In prmclple, you may use any IBM*-
compatible keyboard with a PS/2 Interface.**
However, not all keyboards are guaranteed to
work properly, so we recommend usmg the
KB-10 keyboard.

Connect the keyboard
connector
to the
KEYBOARD
INPUT jack.
You can connect the keyboard even when the
system 1s turned on.
You can quickly enter or edit names using a
keyboard. You can label a CD only dunng
Normal Play (when "1 DISC" or "ALL
DISCS" 1s displayed).

Perform the foliowmg

ACD
Swtch
the function
to CD and
select the dewed
CD.
A preset statIon
Swtch
the function
to
TUNER
and select the dewed
preset radio statlon number.
2 Press [Enter].
The text input screen appears and the cursor
flashes.
3 Enter a title.
Besldes letter keys, you can also use the
keys shown m the followmg table.
4 Press [Enter].
"COMPLETE"
appears for a few seconds
and the title you labeled appears.
