Press - I44 or W + (or I44 or FM
on the remote) repeatedly until the
music source you want appears.

Tip
The system turns on 15 seconds before the preset
time.

When you use the Sleep Timer, Daily Timer will
not turn on the system until the Sleep Timer turns It
off.
* You cannot actwate the Daily Timer and Timer-
recording at the same time.
You can use the Sony KB-10 keyboard (not
supplied). In prmclple, you may use any IBM*-
compatible keyboard with a PS/2 Interface.**
However, not all keyboards are guaranteed to
work properly, so we recommend usmg the
KB-10 keyboard.

Hum or noise may enter the AM radio sound
depending on the operatmg enwronment.
Connect the keyboard connector to the
KEYBOARD INPUT jack.
You can connect the keyboard even when the
system 1s turned on.
You can quickly enter or edit names using a
keyboard. You can label a CD only dunng
Normal Play (when "1 DISC" or "ALL
DISCS" 1s displayed).

Perform the foliowmg procedure
depending on what you want to label.

ACD
Swtch the function to CD and
select the dewed CD.
A preset statIon Swtch the function to
TUNER and select the dewed
preset radio statlon number.
2 Press [Enter].
The text input screen appears and the cursor
flashes.
3 Enter a title.
Besldes letter keys, you can also use the
keys shown m the followmg table.
4 Press [Enter].
"COMPLETE" appears for a few seconds
and the title you labeled appears.
