    Air conditioner identification 1 - AIR CONDITIONER IDENTIFICATION It is extremely important, when ordering spare parts and sending other correspondences, that the customer identifies the air conditioner model, mentioning serial number, model and manufacturing date. This information may be found on the air conditioner’s Warranty Certificate and on the identification tag. (See picture 1) On this tag it is also informed the refrigerant gas to use and necessary quantity for the model.
