Possible Cause
Replace with a suitable fuse. If the fuse is disconnected again, please
contact your point of sale or service centre.
Check to see that the device has been properly connected.
Insert the disc properly so that the sides are facing the correct
direction.
Wipe clean dirt and other foreign substances from the DISC.
Charge the battery. If the problem persists, please contact your point
of sale or service centre.
Insert a disc which is supported for play by the device.
The region code for the device is code "5". Use a DVD which has the
region code of "5" or "ALL".
Check the parental guidance level in the initial setup screen.
Adjust the brightness, saturation, hue, and contrast levels through
the display setting.
Adjust the brightness to a higher level.
Check to see that the device has been properly connected.
