Capturing the Notes from Your Whiteboard

1 Press the Capture button on the Control Unit. Remember to stand away from the
whiteboard clear of the cameras while the image is being captured.
2 If more than one Camera Boom is connected to your Control Unit, a screen showing
thumbnails of captured images from each whiteboard will appear. Press the button for
the Board you want.
Please select the Board you want.

NOTE: The images displayed in this screen are only provided to help you select a
whiteboard. They have not undergone the image improvement processing normally
provided by Hawkeye.
A message will appear, indicating that the image is being captured and perfected.
Another message will appear when the Control Unit is ready to capture a new image.

Adjusting Control Unit Screen Brightness

If you're having problems reading the information on the Control Unit screen, try adjusting
the screen brightness.
1 Press the Options button on the Control Unit.
