13. MESSAGE RETRIEVAL
a) If your MSG or
message
a) Press the MSG button, system will prompt you please enter the
password.
b) Default pin number (refer to extension no.) + #
c) Followed the system prompt to retrieve your messages. Once you
have retrieve the messages "MSG" or button will return to
normal.
**Note:
- To cancel MSG blinking light, press #409
- To cancel "Message Sent xxx", press #64 followed by Ext No. (XXX)
displayed on LCD screen
14. LOCK PHONE
a) Press #673
b) Enter any 4-digit password (eg. 1234)
c) Press # button
Note : A locked phone is unable to make any outgoing calls, but still is
able to intercom and receive incoming calls.
15. UNLOCK PHONE
a) Press #674
b) Enter the same 4-digit password (eg. 1234)
c) Press # button
d) Replace handset or press SPKR button
