Safety Plate: This is activated with the locking moves up a few minutes after the pressure cooker is valve to prevent opening of the lid when there is heated and it returns to its original position when pressure has been released completely.

COOKING MOvING & POSITIONING THE PRESSURE COOKER Place the TRAMONTINA pressure cooker on a heat source with a diameter of at least 18cm/7inches. When using a gas stove, make sure that the flame does not go beyond the edges of the pot base.
Failure to do so may affect proper functioning and safety of your pressure cooker. For details on replacement parts for your pressure cooker please contact Tramontina Australia Customer Service. SIMPLE CLEANING To extend the life span of the pressure cooker, remove any excess foods after each use.
USER MANUAL | TRAMONTINA PRESSURE COOKER COMPLETE CLEANING (1) Cleaning of Pressure Regulator Remove the pressure regulator by pressing and rotating it after each use (see Figure 10). Turn anti-clockwise to remove the regulator (see Figure 11). Clean with warm water (see Figure 12).
