• Turn the power ON (p. 13).
• Check the settings (p. 11–20).
• Charge the batteries fully (p. 12).
• Clean the charge contacts and charge again (p. 12).
• Unplug the AC adaptor and turn the power OFF to
reset. Plug in the AC adaptor and turn the power ON.
Then try again.
• The handset has been canceled or has not been
registered. Register the handset (p. 59).
• Re-install the handset batteries and try again.
• You are too far from the base unit. Move closer and
try again.

• Plug in the AC adaptor.
• Another handset is in use or the base unit
speakerphone is in use.

• The unit is in call prohibition mode. Cancel the mode
