12. Slide the plastic rail end pieces over each of
the table rail ends as shown in Figure 15 .

13. Attach the rail/table assembly to the saw
frame, using (2) M14-2.0 x 35 hex bolts, (2)
M14 flat washers, and (2) M14 external tooth
washers as shown in Figure 16 .

Blade Changes

To change/install a blade:
1.
Unplug the machine from the power
source!
2.
Loosen the lock knob on the side of the blade
guard ( Figure 11, Page 12 ).
3.
Lift the blade guard to the up position and
tighten the lock knob. The blade guard
should remain in the up position.
4.
Press the arbor lock pin ( Figure 17 ) and
rotate the arbor nut by hand until the arbor
lock pin fully depresses.
5.
Continue to hold the arbor lock pin and use
an open-end wrench to loosen the arbor nut
by turning it as shown in Figure 17 .

6.
Remove the arbor nut and flange, and slide
the blade onto the arbor.
7.
Replace the flange onto the arbor and thread
the arbor nut onto the arbor.
8.
With the arbor lock pin still fully depressed,
tighten the arbor nut using an open-end
wrench.
9.
Reposition the blade guard to the down posi-
tion and tighten the knob loosened in Step 1.
