(8) Removal of Inner Cover (D) [52] and Armature [57] (Fig. 10)
Push the pinion end surface of the Armature [57] with a press supporting the end surface of Inner Cover (D)
[52] to remove the Armature [57]. Remove the two Slotted Hd. Screws (Seal Lock) M4 x 10 [55] and the Ball
Bearing 6001VVCMPS2L [56]. Remove the Ball Bearing 608VVC2PS2L [51] from the Armature [57].
(9) Removal of Handle (E).(F) Set [67] and Switch Ass'y [75] (Figs. 11 and 12)
Remove the four Tapping Screws (W/Flange) D4 x 25 (Black) [5] and the two Tapping Screws (W/Flange)
D4 x 30 (Black) [73]. Then the Switch Trigger [68] can be removed. Note that there are two kinds of tapping
screws (w/flange).
Loosen the machine screws securing two internal wires coming from the Stator Ass'y [60] and two internal
wires coming from the Cord [80]. Then the Switch Ass'y [75] can be removed. Remove two Tapping Screws
(W/Flange) D4 x 16 [76] to remove the Cord Clip [77], Cord [80] and Cord Armor D8.8 [79] from Handle
(E).(F) Set [67].
