Before You Begin
Before operating the handset, please read these instructions carefully.
For first-time charging, charge the batteries for a minimum of 16 hours before initial use.
Intended Purpose:
This product is intended to be connected indoors to an analogue telephone line.
The phone was constructed in accordance with the Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT).
DECT technology is characterised by high-security protection against interceptions as well as high-quality digital
transmission. This telephone can be used within a network of base units and handsets, constituting a telephone
system which:

Operates up to 5 handsets associated with one base unit.
•
Allows an intercom between handsets.
Caller ID is a network provider service. After subscribing to Caller ID, this phone will display the caller's phone
number.
IMPORTANT
To use 'Caller ID' (display calling number), the service has to be activated on your phone line by iiNet. This can
be done online via Toolbox. If you don't have the Caller ID function on your phone line, the incoming telephone
numbers will NOT be shown on the display of your telephone.
The CE symbol indicates that the unit complies with the essential requirements of the R&TTE directive.
