SETTING : After initialize Agilent 8960, Test in EGSM, connect PIF to the phone,
and Power on. Enter The engineering mode, and set "Vibrator on" at Vibration
of BB test menu

Yes
Check the soldering
of R500
Yes
Check the signal level
of CN500
Yes
Replace Vibrator
