and check the level change

Check the voltage of
the following pins at U301
Pin 21 =1.8V ?
Pin 25 =2.75V ?
Pin 20 =2.8V ?
Pin 3 =2.0V ?
Yes
Logic level at pin 29 of U301
=HIGH?
Yes
THE PHONE WILL
POWER ON.
