Connections

Figure 1 shows the connections that must be made to

make the ACS90 operative. Plug the AC adaptor in the
wall outlet after all other connections are made.
• Insert the white speaker plug into the output jack
marked SPKR OUT.
• Plug the green stereo audio cable into INPUT on the
satellite and to the sound card output on the rear of
the computer.
• You are now ready to enjoy your new speakers. Press
the power switch to the in position, an indicator on
the front panel will glow. The unit is now
operative. Rotate the Volume Control
clockwise to a comfortable listening
level. Further details on the controls can
be found in the next section.
• A SUB output is provided in the event it
is desired to add a subwoofer to improve
low frequency audio response. The Altec
Lansing ACS160 subwoofer is typical of
units that can be added.
