DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises regarding your warranty
coverage, please follow the steps
described under "If You Need Assistance"
on pages 8-9. Please note that you must
use the Dispute Settlement Program (or, in
California, the CDSP) before seeking
remedies through a court action pursuant
to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. You
may also be required to use the Dispute
Settlement Program or CDSP before
seeking remedies under the "Lemon Laws"
of your state. Please check the appropriate
page of the Owner's Warranty Rights
Notification booklet (located in your glove
box) for the requirements applicable to
your state.
