The indicator is illuminated: The notebook is switched on.
Indicator flashes: The notebook is in standby mode.
Indicator is off: The notebook is switched off.
Battery indicator / power connection
The state of charge of the battery is shown by the battery indicator.
With mains adapter connected:
The indicator is blue: The battery is charged.
The indicator lights up orange: The battery is charging.
The indicator flashes red: Malfunction.
The indicator is not illuminated: There is no rechargeable battery installed or
the notebook is switched off.
When operating under battery power without a mains adapter connected:
The indicator flashes orange: The battery is almost discharged (up to a
maximum of 12% charge remaining)
The indicator flashes red: Malfunction.
