2003+ Crown Victoria Installation; Code 3 Squad-Shield And Squad-Shield Ii Installation; Universal Mount - Code 3 SL100 Installation & Operation Manual

2003+ CROWN VICTORIA INSTALLATION:

1. Remove the access panel in front of the radiator. Behind grill and below/fwd of airbag sensor, remove
(2) screws on 3.50 inch vertical hole pattern attaching grill fascia to 1st cross member support.
2. Remove clip nuts and drill(2) 3/8 inch diameter holes from existing screw holes.
3. Install speaker mounting bracket to vertical hole pattern with 3/8 inch screw, nut and lock washer.
4. Attach speaker to mounting bracker with 1/4 inch fastners. Connect speaker wiring to amplifier, follow
siren installation instructions. Reinstall access panel.

CODE 3 SQUAD-SHIELD AND SQUAD-SHIELD II INSTALLATION:

1. The bracket is predrilled to fit on the Cross Channel of both the Squad-shield and Squad-shield II. Install with
two 3/8" carriage bolts, lock washers and nuts; and one 3/8" bolt, lock washer and nut.
2. Connect speaker wiring to Siren amplifier following siren installation instructions.

UNIVERSAL MOUNT:

1. Choose a location that will allow the sound to be projected through the grill. Mount bracket to a solid
structural member.
2. Connect speaker wiring to Siren amplifier following siren installation instructions.
