Start only in P or N.
To move out of P, switch on ignition, press
foot brake and push button on selector
lev er.
To enga ge P or R, push button on selector
lev er.

apply handbrake

Select 3, 2 or 1 if certa in gears are not
desired, e.g. 4-3-4 . . . on winding road s, or
in order to utilize the engine brak ing effect
when driving downhill.
Press button on selector lever to engage
3 or 1.

Press button on selector lev er.

position in the direction 1 to N or R to D.
