Temperature
Press the plus button to raise the temperature. Press the plus
button once to increase the set temperature by 2ºF (1ºC), or
press twice to increase the set temperature by 4ºF (2ºC).
Press the minus button to lower the temperature. Press the
minus button once to decrease the set temperature by 2ºF
(1ºC), or press twice to decrease the set temperature by 4ºF
(2ºC).
NOTES:
In the Cooling mode, the temperature can be set between
64ºF and 90ºF (18ºC and 32ºC).
In Fan Only mode and 6
temperature cannot be set.
To change the temperature display from ºF to ºC, press the
change display button on the remote control.
Time of Day
1. Press and hold TIMER and TIMER OFF. "12:00" will be
displayed.
2. Press the plus or minus button to set the time (24-hour clock).
Timer Delay
To set the Timer for a 10-minute to 24-hour delay until the
air conditioner turns off (the air conditioner must be On):
1. Press TIMER OFF. Timer "OFF 00:00" indicator light will flash.
2. Press the plus or minus button to change the delay time from
10 minutes to 24 hours.

3. Press TIMER OFF again. Timer "Off" indicator light and the
set time will remain on.
To set the Timer to turn on the air conditioner, keeping
previous settings:
1. Turn off air conditioner.
2. Press TIMER. Timer "ON 12:00" indicator light will flash.
3. Press the plus or minus button to change the delay time from
10 minutes to 24 hours.
4. Press TIMER again. Timer "ON" indicator light and the set
time will remain on.
To set the Timer to turn on the air conditioner, changing
the previous settings:
1. Turn off air conditioner.
2. Adjust mode to 6 th Sense
Fan Only.
3. For Cooling mode:
Adjust fan speed to Auto, High or Low.
Adjust temperature between 64ºF and 90ºF (18ºC and
32ºC).
4. For Fan Only mode, adjust fan speed to High or Low.
5. For 6 th Sense ™ System control, adjust fan speed to Auto, High
or Low.

6. For Dry mode and 6 Sense
temperature up or down by 4ºF (2ºC).
NOTE: In Fan Only mode, temperature cannot be set.
7. Press TIMER. Timer "ON 12:00" indicator light will flash.
8. Press the plus or minus button to change the delay time from
10 minutes to 24 hours.
9. Press TIMER again. Timer "ON" indicator light and the set
time will remain on.
To clear Timer delay program:
NOTE: Air conditioner can be either on or off.
Press and hold TIMER OFF for 3 seconds to clear Timer Off
feature. Press and hold TIMER for 3 seconds to clear Timer On
feature. Timer indicator light will turn off.
To see or change the remaining time (in hours):
1. Press TIMER or TIMER OFF once after it has been
programmed.
2. While the display is showing the remaining time, you can
press the plus or minus button to increase or decrease the
time.
NOTE: Timer On and Timer Off can be set at the same time.
